Connect WhatsApp to xiantong via QR pairing
WhatsApp integration uses QR-code pairing and a Baileys-based worker subprocess. It is intended for personal automation and should be used with awareness of platform limits.
Pair Your Account#
Open Settings → Messaging, click Connect on WhatsApp, and scan the QR code from WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices.
Self-chat Mode#
Self-chat mode lets you message yourself from another device on the same WhatsApp account. Agent replies are prefixed with 🤖 to avoid echo loops.
Attachments#
Photos, documents, voice, video, and audio are supported up to 20 MB.
Approval and Plans#
Approvals and plan acceptance happen in the desktop app for WhatsApp bindings.
